Since it is a sticky yarn, the strands grab onto each other and bloom together well after blocking, resulting in a beautiful colorwork fabric. If you choose to use Palette, please note I intended these socks to be cozy house socks to be worn gently - though to be honest I have these displayed on my wall instead of wearing them at all! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you plan to instead heavily wear your socks, you might want to substitute a yarn that contains nylon so that your socks are more durable. A wool\/silk blend would also be a great option if you prefer to stick with natural fibers. Since Palette is a wooly yarn with a lot of air, it creates a larger and thicker sock than the typical thinner sock yarns. So if you substitute yarn, I highly recommend going up one or two needle sizes AND sock sizes, so that your sock does not end up too small. You could also easily substitute yarn only for the solid color heels and toes, which get the most wear and tear, and use Palette for the colorwork.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eColor List\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe complete color list is below for all 4 seasons.
